The Solar-Disk is made from The Destroyer's chest-plate with the help of Balaam and the Psi-Lords' molmach technology in 4020 A.D. It contains atomic energy and is meant to be send back in time, by Magnus, so in the present day Solar could save the world by ending the Chaos Effect.
